I’ve built teams, led turnarounds, driven growth, and helped shape the way recruitment operates across Australia.

As the first female CEO of Adecco Australia, I led one of the country’s largest recruitment companies through a decade of transformation – lifting profits by 220% in my first year and driving performance across thousands of people nationwide.

In 2015, I founded My People Group, built on the belief that great businesses start with great people – and that recruitment should be grounded in Character, Culture, and Capability, not chance.

In 2024, I launched the Job Seeker Academy – giving people the confidence and clarity to own their careers in a changing world.

A year later, I launched My Sales Recruiter, designed to help organisations find high-performing sales talent - people who deliver outcomes, fit the culture, and move the business forward.

Because at the end of the day, it all comes back to one thing: results through people.
